Order Processing: At Kombuchade, we strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Orders are processed weekly.

Shipping Schedule:

  • Weekly Shipments: We ship all orders once per week on Wednesdays.
  • Order Cutoff Time: To be included in Wednesday's shipment, orders must be placed by 12 PM Central Standard Time (CST) on Wednesday. Orders placed after this cutoff time will be processed in the next week's shipment.

Shipping Method and Delivery Time:

  • Standard Shipping: All orders are shipped via standard shipping methods. Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days for U.S. destinations and 5-7 business days for Canadian destinations, depending on your location. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside of our control.

Shipping Costs:

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on the size and weight of your order and the shipping destination. The total shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you finalize your purchase.

Tracking Your Order:

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email that includes a tracking number and a link to track your package. This will allow you to see the status of your order in real-time.

International Shipping:

  • We ship to both the United States and Canada. Please be aware that orders shipped to Canada may be subject to additional duties, taxes, or other customs fees upon arrival. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and not included in the shipping costs charged by Kombuchade.
